How to Brew

  1. Heat water to 100 degrees celsius(100% boiling water)
  2. Use 1 teaspoon of Houjicha green tea leaves for 1 cup of tea.
  3. Pour water into tea pot or tea cup and brew for up to 1 minute.

Tea can be brewed for 2-3 infusions.
